Changes are not applied

Hello,
I'm running xStarter v1.9.3.85 on a Windows 2012 R2 std server as a local machine service.
We discovered that when we need to change actions, those changes are not taken into account: the previous settings are still working but not the new ones.
I can see some of the members of this community have roughly the same problem but did not get any help.
I hope I'll be luckier in that...
