License lost

Hello

I recently bought xStart Standard. I received the license code and I introduced it to the application. It worked correctly, but today it stopped. When opening the GUI, he indicated that the application was not registered. I had to go into unregistered mode and put the license back.

The application is again registered and running. My problem arises, because I am afraid that it will happen again. I need the application to not fail again and I can rest assured that it will continue to work without losing the license.

What could have happened to have lost the license and had to put it back?

Today the problem has been repeated, it asks me to register the software again.

I have the data of the purchase and the payment of the license, and I do not understand why I do not activate the software with the license code that was provided to me.

Please, I need help to solve this

Hello,

Checking the forum I saw that there was a post with title:
xStarter does not recognise my license key

that seemed to have the same problem as me

I applied the solution to request the license key of my product and put the one that has arrived new and now the product seems registered
