File Attachment in E-Mail don't have CID

Postby jailsoncarneiro » Fri Dec 18, 2009 1:36 am

When sending a mail with a file attachment the XStarter don't defines a CID (Content-ID:<[NameOrPath_Of_Attached_File]>).
With a CID, the user could to make a reference a picture in a tag <img src="cid:NameOrPath_Of_Attached_File">.
I could only find the following code in the source of mail:

Content-type: image/JPEG; name="Name_Of_Attached_File"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: Base64
Content-Disposition: attachment; FileName="Name_Of_Attached_File"
Content-Description: Attached file: Name_Of_Attached_File

Thanks!

I think this topic must be not a bug report, but feature suggestion :). I will add such option (to write Content-ID for each attahched file) in the next program version.
