Windows 2008 Server when UAC is on Tasks do not start

Postby Porkstone » Tue Nov 03, 2009 11:41 pm

Hi,

I have been doing some testing today on Windows 2008 server, when I turn on UAC (User Account Control) my scheduled xStarter tasks do not start. There is nothing in the task log. When I turn UAC off then my scheduled task starts.

Has anyone come across this before and are there any other options other than turning off UAC?

Thanks in advance.

Can you try this beta version, please?

There was fixed some issues with Windows 2008 and 7.
